Qualifications

Congratulations on earning an invitation to HLC. Your attendance means that you qualify as:
  • A Managing Director
  • Having a book of business with a value of at least $700,000 or earning $100,000 in new business revenue* in 2025.
  • A first-year newbie, rookie or recruit as of April 2025
  • A new partner or producer who joined Higginbotham after April 2025 (first-year attendees must meet standard qualification criteria in subsequent years)
 

*Organic book growth (new customer/new revenue not currently on the books), new lines of revenue to an existing account. Direct bill revenue recorded/counted toward new business in the month received from the carrier, not the effective date of the policy.

Contests

Cars & Cash Incentive Program

Top cross-sell performers are eligible to win luxury vehicles and cash prizes. To qualify, producers must generate a minimum of $250,000 in revenue and cross-sell at least five accounts across our service lines: commercial insurance, personal lines, employee benefits, 401(k) plans, life insurance, payment performance bonds and HR services. Winners are determined by Epic system data from March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026, audited by accounting.

BIG CASH Cross-Sell Contest

Producers who generate a minimum of $300,000 in written employee benefits revenue through cross-selling are eligible to compete for cash prizes. Top five performers win: 1st place $100,000 | 2nd place $75,000 | 3rd place $50,000 | 4th place $35,000 | 5th place $25,000. All qualifying producers who don’t place in the top five receive a $10,000 bonus.
